During distance healing sessions, I utilize both reiki and craniosacral rhythms to provide support to your systems. Through distance reiki, I tap into the larger energetic field and attune to the recipient’s current energetic, physical, mental and emotional states. When useful, I combine craniosacral contacts to provide more directed support. Sessions take place over the phone and may also include some guided relaxation and/or meditation. The way we interact on the phone is completely up to the recipient. Some people prefer to be ‘live’ on the phone during the whole session, so we can have real time conversations, share observations and check in. Others prefer a phone check in and the beginning of the session, receive the session off the phone and then I make contact for a debrief at the end of the session. For some folks, text contact at the beginning and the end is the best fit.
Distance sessions are supportive for all of the reasons you’d seek out in person reiki or craniosacral therapy. There is no limit in terms of how far / how close people need to be in order to access these sessions. The furthest distance session I’ve done to date, the recipient was in Antarctica! It can be especially helpful for anyone who is immunocompromised and/or cannot travel to in person appointments. And it can be so convenient and sweet to be able to receive a session from your own home or chosen space.
